Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and planning engagements offered by Cloud Canvas Retirement Planning Co., Ltd.. Inquiry messages through the website are free; fees apply only after you sign an engagement letter.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: reschedule at no charge or cancel for a full refund of any prepaid session fee.
- Within 48 hours: one free reschedule per engagement; otherwise up to 50% of the scheduled session fee may be retained to cover reserved time.
- No-shows without notice: prepaid session fees are non-refundable.
Multi-meeting engagements
For income plan builds or annual refresh packages, a portion of the fee may be non-refundable once analytical work has started. The engagement letter states the split between refundable and earned portions.
Deposits
If a deposit is required to hold dates, it is applied to your final invoice. Unused deposits for cancelled engagements (outside the 48-hour window) are refunded within 14 business days unless work has begun.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, otherwise by bank transfer in THB.
Processing time
We aim to confirm refund decisions within 5 business days and complete payment within 14 business days after approval.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, paid data pulls) and completed deliverables identified as final in your engagement letter are not refundable.
