What we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, optional topic, and message text you submit.
• Cookie choice: a single preference stored in your browser (see our Cookie notice).
• Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data; we do not run analytics or advertising tags on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to respond to your request, schedule consultations, and document our business correspondence. Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we rely on contractual steps at your request and legitimate interest in operating a professional planning practice. Marketing messages are not sent unless you separately agree.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for accounting, disputes, or law. Cookie preferences remain until you clear browser storage.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with IT providers who host the inquiry handler on the same domain, professional advisers under confidentiality, or authorities when required by law.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed in Thailand where our office is located. We apply reasonable safeguards for any cross-border processing tied to hosting.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on inquiry systems, and staff training appropriate to financial planning correspondence. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full account numbers in free-text fields.

Inquiry handling

The contact form sends JSON via POST to https://cloud-canvas.digital/api/inquiry on the same domain. Data is used only to respond to your inquiry and related scheduling—not for analytics profiles.
